Falling Archangel

The second half of the twenty-third century, two hundred years after the Apocalypse. Bornn, the only major city in post-apocalyptic Europe, is adjusting to the change in power. The White Witch has gotten rid of most of her opponents and has one last step to take to gain unlimited power. Gowery thinks there will be a coup in three weeks, but no one believes him.

Whatever the outcome, the next three weeks must be filled with hard work. Oggerd is going to come out in public and claim his rights. However, they must do so with discretion. Gowery is assigned to search for Oggerd's fiancée, who has escaped reprisals and is hiding in an undisclosed location. This time he is up against an extremely capable opponent who will turn Gowery's every move to his advantage. And everything is influenced by seventy years of events. The mistakes and crimes of the founders of the Germanic Empire will now be used against their grandchildren.
