The audiobook Eva a Kniha poznání (Eva and the Book of Knowledge), written by Dana Beranová, read by Kateřina Mendlová Jirů, and directed by Ondřej Černý. Eleven-year-old Eva sets off with her parents and older sister Sára on a car journey to the sea. However, after a serious accident, the two girls find themselves in a forest where they discover a hidden fantasy world. There, their guides and advisors are the Stromides – beings who live in perfect harmony with nature. And so Eva, who learns from them that she is the chosen one, gets to know supernatural beings long forgotten by humans, flies to see mermaids, is captured by hejkals, and travels hundreds of kilometres on the mare of the patroness of horses, all to obtain the rare Book of Knowledge, which has been stolen and gifted through generations. Will she be able to fulfil her destiny with its help and tame the first of the rebellious elements? That's what Eva a Kniha poznání is all about.
