A secret war on the desert border of Mali and Algeria. Murder and kidnapping on the suburban streets of London. A Moscow policewoman investigating the murder of four colleagues by the Russian mafia. MI6's sectional head facing the threat of a long-planned operation being scuppered. All the cases are linked by an Englishman: Dan Raglan, outsider, exile, former member of the French Foreign Legion, fully trained assassin. Human lives are at stake, a terrorist threat is in the air. In this spy thriller, full of action, fights and tough scenes, the author very faithfully describes fighting techniques, weapons and all the realities of the combat and espionage environment.
