This book offers an encyclopaedic overview of buses, trolleybuses and interesting unrealised prototypes that were produced between 1945 and 1990 in the individual countries of the "socialist camp", accompanied by unique photographs and tables of technical data. However, it is not limited to dry facts - the interpretation is supplemented with many interesting and unexpected contexts, thanks to which a plastic picture of one segment of the history of technology in the recent past opens up before the reader.
