Dune: The Sisterhood

Eight decades have passed since the last of the thinking machines, sworn enemies of humanity, were destroyed in the Battle of Corrin, and since Faykan Butler took the name Corrino and established himself as the first Emperor of the new Empire. Changes are coming that will affect the future of the entire universe.

War hero Vorian Atreides has turned his back on politics and the Empire. The descendants of Abulurd Harkonnen have sworn vengeance on Vor, and they are not alone in their hatred for him…

Raquella Berto-Anirul, as the first Reverend Mother, has founded a Bene Gesserit school on the jungle planet of Rossak, where women hone their minds and bodies, and has begun to build the renowned Sisterhood. The successors of Aurelius Venport and Norma Cenva control a powerful company that, with the help of mutated navigators, pilots starships through folded space. Gilbertus Albans, a ward of the despised robot Erasmus, has established a school on the planet Lampadas, where he teaches people how to become Mentats. The Butlerian movement, which rejects all forms of 'dangerous technology', is led by Manford Torondo with the help of the devoted swordmaster Anari Idaho. His group marches through the known universe, destroying everything in its path with the support of fanatical crowds.

All of them will become entangled in a conflict between reason and faith. All will have to choose a side in the inevitable crusade that could exterminate the human race forever…
