Don't be afraid
Fear is a basic human emotion that evolution has equipped us with to survive. It can take various forms, from fear, to horror, to panic. However, fear is not always beneficial, and we do not always manage it. How much courage does it take to achieve honest communication or to change one' s mind? To achieve closeness or accept separation? And how different are these everyday obstacles from the life-threatening dangers that lurk in a war, on a sheer rock face, or when battling alcoholism? Well-known public figures, as well as unbroken everyday heroes, reflect in interviews on how to fight fear and where to find courage.
The stories of the interviews deal with difficult topics and difficult experiences, but primarily seem hopeful and inspiring. Captured destinies illuminate the path to admitting your fear, processing it, and awakening your own courage.
