Dominant species

Comrade Kozlov is not one of the intellectual elite. The peak of his career was when he became the manager of the station hall in Vorkuta, the most useless building in the Soviet Union, which stands out for only one thing – its smell.
But Kozlov is content. There's little work and plenty of vodka. And for a simple slacker, that's enough to get by. Unfortunately, one day he makes a fatal mistake. He gets as drunk as a skunk and lets himself be recruited into the navy.
So now he's sitting in the canteen aboard a submarine, propping his head up with a nuclear warhead, having radioactive fuel for breakfast, and sipping tea from a detonator.
And as if that weren't disastrous enough, he soon starts receiving unsolicited calls from another universe.
