Ray Bradbury's first published collection of horror and ghost stories
Although Ray Bradbury was primarily a master of the science fiction genre, he did not limit his work to it. Dark Carnival, published in 1947, is his first ever published collection of short stories, and Bradbury introduces himself to readers as a writer of horror and ghost stories, with no shortage of blood, Mysticism, Humor, terrifying creatures and beings, but also Bradbury's unmistakable poetry and melancholy. This is the first time the stories have been published together in Czech.
