Conan and the Blind Goddess

Conan is finally where he has so longed to be. Young and pleased with himself, he wanders the winding alleys of a wealthy city, pondering what great deed he can perform to launch his thieving career with dignity. But dark are the ways of wizards and inscrutable the intentions of gods. Before he knows it, he's saddled with a young blind slave girl and a band of travelling performers, with the raging mistress of the Shah of Mahraabad behind him and her tireless Gunderman mercenary hot on his heels. And all this just because fate has maliciously intertwined his path with an ancient gem, coveted by more than one mind blinded by the desire to rule the world. He will have to experience his own death, defeat a beautiful yet murderous beast, and right the grim events that took place when he was just learning to wield a sword. Will he stand firm before a goddess as powerful as she is unpredictable?
