A Dramatic Account of the Historic Apollo 11 Flight
This dramatic account of the historic Apollo 11 flight and the first Earthlings to land on the Moon on the night of 20th–21st July 1969 is a remake of the original edition. The original was published fifty years ago, becoming a phenomenon on the Czech book market despite the onset of the Normalisation era.
The author himself was one of five Czechoslovak citizens to witness the historic launch of Apollo 11. The book is being released to mark the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 flight and at a time when a new programme of flights to the Moon has been announced.
