Adverse event management in healthcare

The text reflects the increasing demands on the quality of health services provided. This is the first publication of its kind in the Czech Republic, which offers very clear methodological guidance on the identification of risks in the provision of health services, the prevention of adverse events and their recognition, classification, monitoring and reporting within a single system.
