A small cog in the wheel

Audiobook Zrnko v soukolí (A Cog in the Machine), author Ondřej S. Nečas, read by Jiří Schwarz, directed by Jakub Tabery. Mojmír Mráz ze Žezlic #2 KNIGHT MOJMÍR MRÁZ AND HIS FRIENDS MUST UNRAVEL A CASE OF RITUAL MURDERS IN BRNO. Mojmír Mráz ze Žezlic, an investigator for the Moravian Provincial Court, arrives in Brno with his young assistant Kristián to enjoy a few quiet days. However, a murder occurs during the celebration, and it seems this death precisely fulfils a prophecy hidden in verses on the ancient parchment. And if that is the case, it will not end with just one murder – the poem speaks of others that are already being planned, but the clues to them are unclear. Is this truly an ancient ritual of the Order of the Dragon that has found its executor, or is the murderer pursuing a different goal? Mojmír will have to untangle the threads of the mystery before all the cogs of the murderous mechanism fall into place...
