A practical guide for nannies

The publication is the first in the Czech Republic to deal with the issue of professional preparation for childcare. It is intended especially for future or already working nannies or for those who are going abroad as au pairs. When writing, the author also draws on the experiences of families in which she has worked or still works as a nanny.

In the book the reader will learn, what a good nanny should know, how to proceed when adapting a child to a nanny, advice for au pairs, types for various activities with children, first aid for minor injuries, etc. This book can contribute to a good preparation of the nanny and the cooperation between the family and the nanny, but also to the satisfaction of all involved, i.e. the parents, the child and the nanny.
