The Metaltex Jack size 5 is a manual mincer designed for grinding meat, nuts, or vegetables with a grinding coarseness of 5mm. The package includes a biscuit maker attachment, which lets you make biscuits and cookies in various shapes. The accessories also include a funnel for stuffing homemade sausages. The mincer is made from cast steel and aluminium, and its construction is very stable. It attaches to the worktop with a screw clamp and can be fitted to surfaces up to 5.5cm thick. The mincer is powered by a crank with a wooden handle, and a four-bladed knife and a hard plastic auger handle the grinding. A protective guard and a plastic pusher, designed for guiding food towards the cutting mechanism, ensure safe use. The Metaltex Jack meat mincer is not dishwasher-safe.
