McGrey DP-17 AL

McGrey DP-17 AL
The McGrey DP-17 offers a clean design and great sound in a compact size. The DP-17's hammer-action keyboard simulates the playing feel of a traditional acoustic piano, which is the most important thing for any pianist. The 88 keys feature a certain 'natural' resistance when pressed, just like a classic acoustic piano. The keyboard is also velocity-sensitive. Thanks to its 128-note polyphony, the piano can play up to 128 notes at the same time, which is more than enough for most repertoires and for layering sounds, even in stereo. The selection of 128 high-quality sounds provides plenty of freedom to experiment beyond just the piano sound. From piano to organ to string sounds, the digital piano offers a selection of all the classic sounds. Thanks to the automatic accompaniments, a whole band or orchestra is on hand to accompany the pianist, basing itself on the chords played with the left hand and adapting to them independently.

Features two headphone connectors
In total, the McGrey digital piano provides 600 different styles across various musical genres. The 'Dual' function lets you layer two voices – for example, strings and piano – on top of each other, combining them. This makes it easy to create a particularly impressive, full sound. The 'Split' function, on the other hand, divides the keyboard into two separate areas. You can define the two areas individually, assign different voices to them and, for example, play strings with your left hand and piano with your right. To help you maintain the correct rhythm and tempo while practising, the DP-17 has an integrated metronome. Both the tempo and the volume of the metronome can be adjusted as needed. The DP-17 also has two headphone connectors. These ensure you can practise and play at any time without disturbing your neighbours, for instance.
Connect a USB flash drive directly to the piano
Just like an acoustic piano, the DP-17 digital piano has three pedals that you can use to specifically influence the sound of the pieces you play. The soft pedal is on the left and, like the sostenuto pedal in the middle, is played with the left foot. The sustain pedal on the right is usually the most used. It lets all notes played both before and after pressing the pedal ring out, whereas the middle sostenuto pedal only extends the sound of the notes played before the pedal was pressed. The soft pedal on the left reduces the volume of the notes played and creates a softer sound. In terms of connectivity, you'll appreciate being able to connect the piano to a PC via a USB cable to send MIDI data, or to connect a USB flash drive directly to the piano to play your own backing music. The piano also has MIDI In and Out connectors, and an AUX input and output for connecting a phone, for example, or linking the piano to an external sound system.
