Welloxon Perfect is the only development emulsion for all colour shades Koleston Perfect & Blondor, Magma, Illumina colour. The new and improved formula helps to apply the colour more precisely and delivers a perfect colour result in shade, shine and colour balance. The new Welloxon Pefect reduces unwanted metallic tones such as gold and copper tones. Welloxon is the only suitable emulsion for all colour shades of Koleston Perfect, Illumina colour and lightening products Blondor, Magma. The mixing ratio depends on the product you are combining with and the desired result.

Use:

1. Mix in a predetermined ratio with hair dye.
2. Apply using protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse stains on clothing and skin immediately. Do not use on hair that has been previously dyed with metal-containing dyes. Do not use metal bowls to mix the mixture.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
The new Koleston Perfect Me+ colours should only be mixed with this new Welloxon Perfect New Pastel Developer. If you use an older type of developer for mixing, the manufacturer does not guarantee the same colour results, mixability, scalp comfort and other benefits.
