Honeybush red (fermented).
Preparation
Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea into a mug (250 ml). Pour in boiling water (100ºC). Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended dosage
Honeybush tea is also very healthy - it counteracts poor sleep and helps with digestive problems. Because it does not contain caffeine, it can also be drunk by children, with virtually no limit on the amount.
