A classic semi-green (or partially oxidised) oolong tea with a full, distinctive, slightly floral flavour and a delicate nutty undertone.

Formosa Oolong semi-green tea 100%
Preparation
Use 2 teaspoons of tea for 0.5L of water, pour over water at 80–90°C (let boiled water stand for about 1–2 minutes), and infuse for 2–3 minutes (depending on the desired strength). This tea is suitable for multiple infusions (one serving can be re-steeped; increase the water temperature by a few degrees for each subsequent infusion).
