The essential oil of lavender is less soothing than lavender, but more effective for coughs, asthma, bronchitis, streptococcal infections and muscle and joint pain. It also has stimulating effects and is good for fatigue and exhaustion. Add 3-5 drops to the water in the aroma lamp or the desired number of drops to the diffuser or inhalation stick.
