Use:

Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage into the scalp. Leave it on for 1 minute, or longer if your skin requires more intensive cleansing, but for coloured hair the shampoo should not last longer than 1-2 minutes. After rinsing thoroughly, repeat the process. Continue the treatment with a hair mask or finish with a conditioner. Use the shampoo once or twice a month.
