Herbs for a slim figure. A herbal blend with green tea and Pu-erh black tea, which have antioxidant effects, protect the body's cells from stress and contribute to weight management. The effective combination of birch and mint has a positive effect on digestion. Nettle and maté ensure the excretion of excess water from the body.

Preparation and Dosage

Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1 teabag and leave to infuse in a covered container for 5–10 minutes before removing the bag. The tea should be drunk warm. Always prepare fresh. Drink the last cup of tea 2 hours before bedtime.
Adults:
3–4 cups a day
Children from 6 years:
1–2 cups a day
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Taste and Aroma

You can't mistake the strong and distinctively earthy taste of this blend of black and green tea. Peppermint lightens and refreshes the aroma, and maté, the leaves of the yerba maté plant, will give you energy.
