Spring, the earth and ancient Easter customs come alive in every sip of tea
Easter tea with colourful flowers follows the old custom of drinking decoctions of spring herbs. It is associated with the season when nature reawakens and people welcome new life. In every sip of tea, spring, the earth and ancient Easter customs come alive. The cup combines the fresh taste of nettle with the delicate citrus notes of lemon balm and spicy nettle. The honeyed flavour of parsley together with the slight bitterness of calendula and daisies create a harmonious and distinctive herbal body of the tea. The earthy taste of willow bark adds depth and the whole composition is lightly brightened by lemon grass. The aroma is reminiscent of a spring meadow after rain combined with the fresh purity of lemon grass.
