The mixture of herbs helps the normal condition of the skin. Use the infusion also as a wash or poultice, already in the case of beginning difficulties (especially in the legs) due to venous insufficiency.
Ingredients
Nettle, dandelion, St. John's wort, St. John's wort, horsetail.
Preparation
Pour 1/4 l of boiling water over 2 teaspoons, let stand in a covered container for 10 min, then strain.
Recommended dosage
Always prepare fresh 2 to 3 times a day.
