Kidney detoxification with herbs
JUKL Gravel Kidney Tea is a traditional herbal blend designed to beneficially affect the kidneys, liver and intestinal tract and support the body's natural detoxification processes. The blend is a combination of herbs traditionally used for normal urinary tract and kidney function, and is often included as part of a drinking regimen to care for the excretory system. Bearberry, one of the main herbs in the recipe, is known to contribute to normal kidney and urinary tract function and help support natural excretion.
Ingredients
Lemon balm, Cornflower, Birch, Horsetail, white willow, bear cubs.
Recommended dosage
2-3 cups a day, always prepared fresh. The traditional preparation consists of pouring 2 teaspoons of the mixture over 250 ml of boiling water, letting it infuse, covered, for about 10 minutes and then straining. Drink it during the day between meals according to your needs and personal feelings, as herbal mixtures work best when taken regularly.
Preparation
The leaves and flowers are normally covered with hot water and steeped for 10 minutes, while the root or marrow parts may be boiled briefly and then left to stand. Tea should always be prepared fresh and served without delay.
