Preparation
Heat the open jar or a portion in a water bath or microwave. Stir with a plastic spoon (do not use a metal one) to avoid damaging the jar. Check the temperature. Store the unheated part in a closed jar in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not re-serve the heated portion.
