Preparation
1. Remove the plastic cap and heat in either a water bath or microwave.
2. Water bath: heat (do not boil) for about 5 min. submerged in water. Cool under cold water.
3. Microwave: pierce the foil with a clean fork. Heat at 700 to 750 W for 30 seconds.
4. Remove the foil and stir the contents thoroughly (uneven heating of the food may cause scalding of the baby).
5. Check the temperature of the dish and serve immediately.
Storage conditions
Keep dry at room temperature. Use within 48 hours of opening and store in the refrigerator.
