When massaging, mix 4-6 drops with 20 ml of vegetable oil. If you want to add the essence to the bath, you need to first mix it in the emulsifier and then apply it to the water. 3-4 drops mixed with 20 ml of oil, 150 ml of cream or a spoonful of therapeutic cream is enough for a full body bath. For a foot bath, mix 2-5 drops with 15 ml of oil, 75 ml of cream or a heaped teaspoon of therapeutic cream. You will then be able to enjoy a bath that will provide a soothing experience.
