CLEAMEN 540 is ready for direct use on a wide range of materials. It is suitable for disinfecting tools, beds, rubber footwear, and laboratory equipment, as well as surfaces like artificial leather, plastics, laminate, and stainless steel. This makes it ideal for use in healthcare, the food industry, beauty and massage salons, and regular households. The product is suitable for disinfection routines in facilities that require a high standard of hygiene.

Application and Spectrum of Action

The disinfectant can be applied in two ways. For quick treatment of surfaces, simply spray the product using the mechanical spray nozzle and let it work without wiping. For surfaces that come into contact with food, it is necessary to rinse them with drinking water after the exposure time has elapsed. The product has a bactericidal effect in 0.5–3 minutes. It is also effective against moulds (fungicidal effect in 60 minutes), yeasts (yeasticidal in 2 minutes), and enveloped viruses (virucidal in 3 minutes). The second option is immersion disinfection, which is suitable for tools in hairdressing or beauty salons.

Hand Hygiene and Composition

CLEAMEN 540 can also be used for hygienic hand disinfection. For proper application, apply a sufficient amount (2×3ml) to your palms and rub it thoroughly all over your hands, wrists, and around your nails for 60 seconds. The active biocidal substances are ethanol, alkyl (C12-16) dimethylbenzylammonium chloride, and 2-phenoxyethanol. The product does not contain aldehydes or perfume. It is approved for use areas PT 1, 2, and 4.
