BabyDan Maja White with 2 extensions, 74-80 cm

The BabyDan Maja child safety gate secures areas in your home such as doorways or staircases. It's a metal, pressure-fit gate that you can install without needing to drill into walls or door frames. For easy use, it opens with one hand in both directions. You can check the safety of the installation using the built-in correct pressure indicator. The gate is made in Denmark and meets the European standard EN 1930:2011.

Drill-free installation

You can install the BabyDan Maja gate using a pressure system that braces against opposite walls. This means installation requires no drilling or screws, so you won't damage your walls or door frames. To verify the correct installation, there is a pressure indicator for correct mounting. This built-in feature gives you visual confirmation that the gate is sufficiently tightened and securely held in place. With optional accessories, the gate can also be mounted on round surfaces, such as banister posts.

Safety and one-handed operation

The gate's metal construction ensures its sturdiness. You can open the gate with one hand from either side, which you'll appreciate when carrying your child or other items. The mechanism is designed to be operated by an adult, but difficult for a small child to overcome. The product's safety is confirmed by certification according to the EN 1930:2011 standard. This specifies the requirements for the design and testing of child safety barriers.
