Each sleeve perfectly seals the space in the ear canal, yet remains very comfortable. 4 sizes of silicone earplugs are enclosed  in the package for optimum fit in each ear. They come with an anti-tangle cable so when you want to quickly put them on you'll have no issues. Once you are finished using the headset, you can easily put them away, again without any tangle problems.
