The Magnat Monitor Supreme Sub 302A subwoofer features a customised amplifier specially adapted for optimal low-frequency performance. Its speaker was carefully tuned using the Klippel Laser Analyser system. It is placed inside a sturdy metal basket that connects the speaker to a powerful magnet. It uses cellulose hardened paper membranes. The rubber feet minimise vibrations transmitted to the underlying surface.
The dome is made of rigid MDF and coated with a high quality decorative foil, and compared to the first series, this model has elegant rounded edges. Due to improvements in the Airflex technology, basreflex horns have achieved a top quality design, so it now minimises the effect of airflow on the sound and at the same time it diffuses deep frequencies in the room better. On the rear side of the subwoofer there is a "Standby" switch for automatic switching on and off according to an input signal. There are also low-level inputs, outputs, and high-level inputs. The infinitely adjustable crossover frequency feature allows you to match the subwoofer to any speakers.
