Curry with nettle LYOfood is an ideal dish for camping and outdoor expeditions. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and you don't even need any dishes. All you have to do is pour hot water into the food bag and let it stand for a while. Then you can enjoy large pieces of vegetables with rice supplemented with a sauce of fine coconut milk, lime juice, lemon grass and nettles. The LYOfood curry dish with nettle was designed by climber Sean Villanueva. It is gluten and lactose free and is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Remove the desiccant from the bag and add 390 ml of hot or boiling water. Mix thoroughly, close the package and wait 10 minutes. Then tear off the top of the package under the sealable tape and mix again.
