Lucaffe Mamma Lucia is a blend of coffee that has been specially created for use in gastronomy. It is top-quality coffee with an excellent price to performance ratio. Mamma Lucia is composed of a blend of 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta from the coffee plantations of Central and South America.
The traditional Italian slow and gentle roasting takes place in a rotating drum and removes a large amount of the unwanted bitterness, resulting in a very gentle yet strong coffee with subtle chocolate tones. Mamma Lucia is especially suitable for preparing an espresso.
