Use:
Use twice a day. Mouthwash is especially effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Measure 20 ml (4 × 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass, rinse the area around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds and then spit out. Use 10 ml for children between 6 and 12 years of age.
