The new, more environmentally friendly, reliable and fast, DDR3 SO-DIMM low-voltage memory module designed for Lenovo's high-end ThinkPad T450s and X250 notebook series. It has a capacity of 16GB with an operating frequency of 1600MHz. In comparison to DDR2 memory, it has reduced consumption, increased data throughput and can be clocked at a higher frequency, thereby rapidly increasing performance. Because of minimum heat emissions and overall energy efficiency, battery life is not reduced. Due to the fact it is a low-voltage variant, this module can't be inserted into the older models using a common memory.
