Lego CITY - Police Patrol Boat

The police has captured a crook and locked him up in the cell on their police boat to transport him to the island prison. But nothing goes according to plan and another boat suddenly shows up packed with crooks who have arrived to rescue their pal. Will they manage to rescue him and sail away to safety or will the police put an end to their escape plan before it can really begin? It's up to which side do you join.
