The high-quality LAVA METAL cast iron pot, a model from the premium Majolika grey collection, has a diameter of 24cm, a height of 11.5cm, and a volume of 4.5L. It comes with a solid cast iron lid featuring a robust stainless steel handle and highly durable enamel. Cast iron itself offers very high thermal conductivity, which, combined with the material's substantial thickness, guarantees high efficiency when cooking. The pot heats up quickly and evenly, but cools down slowly. This allows you to finish cooking dishes on a turned-off hob. Thanks to its non-stick surface, it is also suitable for caramelising, searing, and stewing, but especially for slow cooking. The cast iron cookware can be used on all types of hobs, including induction and in the oven. It is not recommended to wash it in a dishwasher; after use, wash with hot soapy water and wipe dry.
