Helps improve lactose digestion in lactose intolerance. It is a dietary supplement containing a high dose of lactase enzyme (17,500 FCC* of lactase enzyme in one capsule). Contributes to the metabolism of milk sugar (lactose), thus facilitating the digestion of milk and dairy products in lactose intolerance. One capsule breaks down about 29 g of lactose, which is equivalent to about ½ litre of milk. Dosing:
Take 1 - 3 capsules depending on the amount of lactose in the food/drink you consume, with water. Do not chew the capsules. If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, you can open it and swallow the entire contents with water. The dosage must be individually tested and adapted to the extent of lactose intolerance and the lactose content of the food.
