Simply touch the screen to activate all functions, while illuminated optical indicators constantly show the current machine status. It also features an Electronic Power Control (EPC) system that displays the current load and helps you optimise the shredding of up to 5 sheets of paper at once without jamming. This model also handles transparent materials and credit card shredding, ensuring comprehensive document destruction.
Reliable P-7 security and data protection
The KOBRA 270 TS HS-6 secures documents using a high-security cross-cut (confetti cut) that meets DIN P-7 security level requirements, the highest level under DIN 66399. This makes it ideal for shredding extremely sensitive documents (such as government, military, financial, legal or medical records, documents containing personal data, account numbers, PINs, access codes or sensitive contracts). The machine handles paper, transparent materials and credit cards. User safety comes first: light pressure on the safety element immediately stops the paper feed. In addition, the KOBRA 270 TS HS-6 features an automatic start/stop system and light signals for a full bin or open doors.
KOBRA 270 TS HS-6 is durable and efficient
At the heart of the machine are carbon hardened steel cutting knives, designed for heavy loads and unaffected by staples. An oil indicator warns the operator when the cutting knives need oiling. For shredders with automatic lubrication, the indicator lights up when the oil tank is empty. The patented Energy Smart system ensures energy savings by automatically switching the machine to standby mode after a few seconds of inactivity. For maximum efficiency, the KOBRA 270 TS HS-6 shredder automatically disconnects from the mains after a prolonged period of inactivity to achieve zero power consumption.
