KIT consists of four 16GB memory modules and a total memory size of 64GB. Moreover, the SDRAM (synchronous DRAM) has an internal organisation of 2G x 72-bit (16GB). The memory module has four-bit FBGA components, and a standard CMOS process is used without the need for additional steps, therefore its SDRAMs are always a generation or two ahead of the rest. Easy configuration and re-configurability can be made even when the system is running.
