The soup is great for lunch and dinner, plus it's ready in minutes. You can add spices, salt or herbs or enjoy it on its own. In 100 g there are 40g of protein and 19 g of fibre, In addition, it contains vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 and a range of minerals. It is also ideal for coeliacs as it is gluten-free, as well as for vegetarians.

Preparation and dosing
Pour 200 ml of hot water into the container and add 1 scoop (30 g) of the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
