Important Maintenance 

The KATANA chopping board is made of bamboo and is therefore unsuitable for dishwasher cleaning. Instead, it should be placed under lukewarm water and left to dry thoroughly after use. Wood will bear knife and chisel marks after some time, so it is important to ensure that maintenance is as efficient as possible. To prolong the service life of the KATANA, it is advised that cleaning oils are used at necessary intervals.
