The Profi line set of knives from the Czech manufacturer KDS offers high-quality supplies for professionals. The set contains a magnetic stand made of high-quality beechwood and five butcher knives of different lengths and with different types of blades. The magnets built inside the rack don't interfere with its appearance, and the stand is very easy to clean and maintain. The set contains three boning knives of different lengths, a middle-high and a block knife. Their blades are made of high quality N6MoV stainless steel with added molybdenum and vanadium, which extends the life of the blade and allows for higher hardness (54-56 HRc). Modern ergonomic handles made from hard plastic reduce labor stress while maintaining maximum safety. The knives can be washed in the dishwasher.
