This knife is part of a twelve-piece series of forged cooking knives of the highest quality. The Blade's Material: Special French Steel with 0.50% C, 14.50% Cr, 0.70% Mo, 0.12% V. Guard: Split, made of a special plastic with an increased level of temperature resistance. The manufacturing of the knife ensures the removal of all non-hygienic joints that may occur between the metal and plastic parts of the handle. Manufacturing: The blade is forged by heat, and is turbid and tempered to achieve a very fine structure. After it has been perfectly made, the long blade's life is guaranteed and comes with a hardness rating of min. 52 HRc.
