KDS Cook's knife 3.5 KING'S ROW

This knife is part of a twelve-piece series of high-quality forged knives. They meet the most demanding requirements of professionals, as well as in the kitchen of private homes. Blade Material: Special French Steel with 0.50% C, 14.50% Cr, 0.70% Mo, 0.12% V. Handle: Split, made of a special plastic with increased temperature resistance. The shaping of the handle ensures that the joins between the metal and plastic parts of the handle are completely smooth, thus avoiding the dangers of germs collecting there. Processing: The blades are hot-rolled and tempered to achieve a very fine texture. After being ground to a perfect state, the long blade is guaranteed for life. Hardness min. 52 HRc.
