Vitamins C and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function and permeability of blood vessels, collagen formation, cartilage, healthy gums, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

Recommended Dosage
