Recommended dosage
Adults take a maximum of 1 capsule daily. Half an hour to an hour before bedtime.
Warning
Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Avoid concomitant use with other sleep-inducing products and alcoholic beverages while taking the supplement. Avoid use before and during driving a motor vehicle and operating heavy machinery. Consult a doctor if insomnia persists for more than 4 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Best before the date stated on the packaging.
