Recommended Dosage
Adults max. 1 capsule daily before bedtime.
Warning
Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you suffer from depression, or if insomnia persists for more than 3 weeks, consult a doctor about use. Do not use while driving a motor vehicle or during activities requiring attention and concentration. Exercise caution for at least 2 hours after taking the supplement. Drowsiness may occur in rare cases. Do not consume alcoholic beverages or other supplements with a sedative effect while taking this supplement. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
