Lysine is an essential amino acid which, in combination with vitamin C and zinc, supports the proper functioning of the immune system and contributes to reducing the occurrence of cold sores. Lysine supports collagen production in the skin, strengthening tendons and ligaments in the joints.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
1–3 tablets daily with food.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines.
Warning
Not suitable for children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The colour of the tablets may vary due to natural colourings. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage
Store at a temperature of 15–25°C, keep out of reach of children.
