Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and normal neurotransmission. Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails and skin.

Recommended Dosage
Adults:
1 (to 3) tablets daily with food, or consult a doctor.
